Repair and maintenance services
All products are provided with a standard 2-year warranty. The repair and maintenance service is performed by our technicians or by trained technicians of our contractual partners. In order to extend the warranty to more than 2 years, the Service Agreement needs to be concluded for the performance of regular repair and maintenance checks and services. The Service Agreement ensures the supplies of minor spare parts. If a workshop repair of some components is necessary, the Service Agreement guarantees the lending of these spare parts for the whole duration of the repair. The periodicity of repair and maintenance checks is derived from the agreed contractual terms and conditions. The Service Agreement also specifies the speed of the repair and maintenance intervention in case of emergency repairs (e.g. the intervention within 24 hours).
