GPB FC GreenPro Barrier Frequency Change

A top quality product of the company in the field of barrier technology. This product uses the technology of engine control through a frequency converter and the GP CU5 control unit. The advantage of the use of this technology is a very quiet and peaceful run of the barrier arm when opening and closing with the speed being reduced while the limit is on zero in the lower and upper dead centers. The advantage of this electronic type is the actual absence of hard stops at the endpoints. This provides higher mechanical durability of the whole product and ensures a longer service life of this product.
The speed of the barrier performance is adjustable in the range from 1 to 6 seconds for arms up to 3 metres of length and in the range from 3 to 6 seconds for arms of 3 to 5.8 metres of length. Limits for longer arms exist only because of safety reasons with regard to high arc speeds. The gearbox and the engine constitute a compact unit. A leverage mechanism with a spiral spring is used for gearing and achieving a balance of forces.

This road barrier is of standard construction with the opening/closing speed of 1 second. This product is primarily used within the GPP Compact parking systems. The drive and the gearbox constitute a compact unit, the leverage mechanism with a spiral spring ensures the transfer of forces and the achievement of their balance. The tested and well-proven GP Cu3 unit is used for the control. This unit includes detectors of vehicles that are subject to the selected way of integration and, if required, it can also include a receiver of registered remote controllers. A maximum arm length is 300 cm.

GPB 50 GreenPro Barrier 50

This road barrier is of standard construction with the opening/closing speed adjustable in the range from 3 to 5 seconds. This product is primarily used within the GPP F parking systems. The drive and the gearbox constitute a compact unit, the leverage mechanism with a spiral spring ensures the transfer of forces and the achievement of their balance. The tested and well-proven GP Cu3 unit is used for the control. This unit includes detectors of vehicles that are subject to the selected way of integration and, if required, it can also include a receiver of registered remote controllers. A maximum arm length is 500 cm.

The throw-out barrier arm ensures that in case of a collision of a vehicle with the arm, the damage occured both to the vehicle and the arm is minimum. If a vehicle hits the arm, a special mechanism ensures a non-destructive break off of the arm from the holder through which this type of arm contributes to the minimizing of damage. After an incident, the arm can be put back into the holder.
